Got some extra time in a piano room after recording a friend’s vocals, figured I’d lay down Ray Charles’ recession anthem for y’all.

If you’ve ever seen the opening scene of Adventures in Babysitting or any of a number of other movies, you’ve noticed that in silly-fiction-world people wake up and get dressed to music while dancing around their rooms. NO LONGER is this practice reserved for movies. People ALL AROUND THE WORLD probably are maybe probably already doing this. I don’t drink caffeine and I also bike to school, so it serves the dual purposes of waking me up fully and getting me stretched for my bike ride. Also it makes you feel like whatever day it is is going to be a good and important day. So I made a mix of some of the songs that I use to wake up, get dressed, make breakfast, etc. and I want you to have them. START YO DAY. May the endorphins be with you.
